*Function for demand needed. First fixed, then can be tweaked by external module.
*Adding the Demand parameter to psySpec.
*Decide price of sold quota.
*Time Unit = 1 month.
*Decide how much to produce: revenue OR revenue pr quota.
*Is it more preferable to sell the quotas than to do production?
*Update the picture on the student_page!
*Update the xml_messages and mark it as v.1!
