Class brainstorming
- Function for demand needed. First fixed, then can be tweaked by external module.
- Adding the Demand parameter to psySpec.DONE
- Decide price of sold quota.
- Time Unit = 1 month.(?)
- Decide how much to produce: revenue OR revenue pr quota.
- Is it more preferable to sell the quotas than to do production?
- Update the picture on the student_page!DONE
- Update the xml_messages and mark it as v.1!DONE

* The bid is matched to the closest offer lower.
* Every one sees everyones offers and bids
* Assume the demand curve for the produced units is fixed first and then put some random +/- to the demand.
