  * Function for demand needed. First fixed, then can be tweaked by external module.\\
  * Adding the Demand parameter to psySpec.DONE\\

  * Decide how much to produce: revenue OR revenue pr quota.\\
  * Is it more preferable to sell the quotas than to do production?\\

* The lowest bid higher than the offer is a match\\
* The bid is matched to the closest offer lower.\\
* Every one sees everyones offers and bids\\
* Assume the demand curve for the produced units is fixed first and then put some random +/- to the demand.\\
